If you are a registered stockholder or beneficial owner of common stock, you may attend the Annual Meeting, vote and submit questions by visiting the meeting portal and logging in by entering the 16-digit control number that is printed in the box marked by the arrow on your proxy card, Notice of Internet Availability or voter instruction card previously mailed. If you misplaced your 16-digit control number or are not a stockholder, you will be able to join as a guest. If you experience any technical difficulties, please call the toll-free number that will be available on the meeting portal.
